The Customer Satisfaction Rating (CSR) is a number that reflects past client
satisfaction of the service provided by a Quality Service Certified®
sales professional. It is calculated by averaging the overall satisfaction scores
from the customer satisfaction surveys that are sent after a closing to home sellers,
home buyers and borrowers.
If a member's CSR is not posted it means that not enough surveys have been returned
by home sellers and/or buyers to make the CSR statistically valid.
The management of the survey process is conducted by
Leading Research Corporation,
independent of the member and member's broker, office or company. This arm's length
process assures the integrity of the data and the process.
In-Depth Reviews
Checking this box will narrow your search to only those sales professionals making
additional customer rating details available to the public.
In-Depth reviews include pie charts showing past customer responses to
survey questions about their range of satisfaction with the sales professional's
service in critical areas of importance to buyers and sellers, as well as actual
past customer comments. Sales professionals can choose which pie charts to make
publicly available, but must elect to make past customer comments available in their
entirety or not at all.
Quality Service Certified (QSC)
Checking this box narrows your search to those sales professionals who have committed to
the highest service standards in the real estate industry.
Quality Service Certified professionals have completed specialized customer
service training, must offer every client a written service guarantee and
agree to follow a service process proven to result in consistency, reliability,
accountability and responsiveness.
